My key client was Inland Revenue, which was in the midst of a Business Transformation Programme that sought to revolutionise the New Zealand tax system. AKQA was a key partner in helping IR deliver a future proofed citizen-centric experience through its multi-channel communications strategy. Our key projects included:- Overall technical architecture, development and launch of both ird.govt.nz and taxtechnical.ird.govt.nz- Research, CX design, UI/UX design, development and launch of IR Info Hub, an internal workflow management and CSR support interface I also led the Restaurant Brands (KFC and Pizza Hut) account, supporting a successful e-commerce platform.To better service my Wellington based clients, I relocated and established a satellite office of AKQA New Zealand. This included recruiting and hiring 6+ staff and managing day-to-day operations of the AKQA Wellington satellite studio. Winner of AKQA New Zealand "Quality Award - 2019" for best representing our value of "Quality" within the studio.
