I look back at my time in Mayo College with fondness. It was the place where I discovered myself away from family and cleared my cluttered mind. This first-hand experience in the country's premier boarding school made me mentally strong, resilient and gave me tremendous self-belief. The job required me to teach and mentor middle school and high school students. I witnessed from close quarters what it takes to run a thriving and dynamic organization. This insight has helped me understand the workings of an educational institute much better.
