After 15 years in a stable corporate career, I took a leap of faith. I left my comfort zone and started a business in a foreign country without any capital, without knowing the language, and without a single contact. Despite having no experience in video production, I founded and built a company from the ground up, one client at a time. Today, we serve some of Malaysia's most prominent organizations, including the Stock Exchange, the country’s second-largest bank, the leading telecom provider, the biggest palm oil exporter, and the largest NGO worldwide.Now, I’m entering a new phase with MasterSkill. This venture is dedicated to tackling one of the most pressing issues of our time—underemployment among youth. Through targeted training, skill-building, and mentorship, MasterSkill aims to empower the next generation with the tools they need to thrive. If my journey has taught me anything, it's that persistence, adaptability, and a clear vision can make the impossible possible.
