Project: Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) appointed Tata Consultancy Services(TCS) Limited as the Systems Integrator for providing a turnkey solution towards supply, installation, integration, commissioning, management and maintenance of Server, storage andsecurity solution, facilities management services and consulting for implementation of frameworkfor IT governance and control (COBIT), and information technology infrastructure library(ITIL).Role: Project Internal Developer for Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBSE)Description: Under this role I was mainly responsible for developing internal tools to improveefficiency of various teams in the Project. Some tools that I developed were:-- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Online Portal was developed to automate real-time reporting and alerting process of SLA Team. Project was implemented in AJAX, JSP, JAVA, and Oracle.-- Attendance/Resource Management Online Portal was developed to automate periodic reportgeneration for various teams by integrating different structured data sources. Project wasimplemented in SWING, JAVA, and Oracle.-- Currency Declaration Record (CDR) Application was developed and deployed into the productionas a part of the CBSE portal to digitize the tax filing process for end users. Project wasimplemented in AJAX, JSP, JAVA, and Oracle.-- Eagle Eye Application was developed to automate the monitoring process of the L1 SupportTeam by integration of tools like HPOVO, NNM, BAC, and HP Service Manager that wereadministered by separate teams.
