• Created a Python program to generate a report on suspected duplicate account records on Salesforce (using Dice Coefficient to fuzzy match account names and addresses), saving my business unit $20k in software development fees• Worked with stakeholders worldwide, primarily in the US and UK to work out a data management strategy for Aon Hewitt’s Salesforce instance• Managed a large part of refreshing data on Salesforce with data from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), and documented the entire process• Reporting on sales performance and sales credits against quotas for sales executives• Excel trainer for Global Sales and Marketing Support (my business unit) to train new recruits

The business failed eventually due to a weak sales pipeline but the skills gained in programming and managing data are still paying off a decade into my career.
