As an analyst, I was able to understand all the vivid activities of an international organization. Business Analytics along with System administration and Incident Management were the main part of my day-to day task at Allianz. We primarily used ServiceNOW, PowerBI, Excel, etc., for our daily tasks. We constantly collaborate with different teams for the daily work that we were doing. My greatest achievement at Allianz is delivering improvements in operational performance by streamlining existing operations, processes and identify suitable automation/API solution for Straight-Through Processing. I have supported various teams across the organization by bringing their business objectives to our BAU, inevitably reducing their work load. Furthermore, my cost cutting initiatives was well recognized across the organization since I was able to save cost five times more than the previous year.

I worked with NDimensionZ Solutions as Application Support Engineer. During my time there, I had many opportunities to work in MongoDB. Their Excellent guidance and work got me more interested in the world of programming and problem solving. The role required communication with the stakeholders and vendors to provide the expected. We were using MongoDB for most of the work. Jira was used for ticketing. Our BAU task involves Reporting, Payments, and Troubleshooting.
