Current• Responsible & accountable for developing overall marketing strategy for the UK, key objectives include:1. increase brand awareness2. increase consideration/conversion3. generate and measure sales from marketing activities. • Achieved 14pt improvement on unprompted brand awareness over 5yr period. • Experienced account management of household national retailers such as Currys, Amazon, Argos, AO.com, Costco, John Lewis, etc. • Cross functional working with Sales and Product Management teams to launch new products, manage current products and end of life products. Also map out key trading promotion windows such as Black Friday, Bank Holidays, Jan Sale, sporting moments etc in which demand peaked. • Oversee all marketing functions of Digital, Trade, Product, PR and Brand marketing • Project managed and activated high profile sponsorships including UEFA Euro 2016 & 2020, FIFA World Cup 2018 & 2022, RedBull Racing F1 (2016-17), Leeds United FC (2020-22) and Aston Villa (2017-18). Such sponsorships were integral towards raising awareness but more importantly educating consumers on the Hisense range of products. • ATL media management - OOH, National Bus campaign, TVC (linear & adsmart), airports and working with the likes of JCDecaux and Global. • Accountable for a multi-million pound marketing budget.• Complete end to end management of agencies including creative, social, pr, digital, research and promotion agencies. Responsible for RFP/tender process, onboarding, fee negotiation, contract due diligence and annual reviews. • Confident decision maker that is based on risk assessment, market data & insights whilst keeping stakeholders satisfied and informed/involved in the process. • Recruitment, development and coaching of the team. Since 2016, the marketing team has grown by 5X.
