Rangamati Hill District, Chattogram, Bangladesh

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead a primary education project funded by UNDP-CHTDF, akeholders involved project in Chittagong Hill Tracts and cooperated all project activities as a team leader for 5 years with 38 team members.
• Cooperated smoothly with Rangamati Hill District Council, Regional Council, DEPO, AUEO, UNDP-CHTDF, World Food Programme, Save the Children, SIL International, Unicef, DAM, Upazila Parishad, partners and with others.
• Prepared different reports for donors and other stakeholders, designed action plan, ensured deliverables offered by UNDP-CHTDF and organized joint venture programs with RHDC&UNDP.
• Contributed profoundly in monitoring mechanism, developed tools, field test collected data and collated monitoring reports for donors.
• Played role in Multi-lingual Education, Organized meetings and workshops, facilitated in teachers’ trainings with assessment and ensured attractive class room decoration.

Khagrachhari District, Chattogram, Bangladesh

• Key Responsibilities
• Implemented a WatSan based project through local partners NGOs in Khagrachari district, coordinated with KHDC, Public health, DC office, Unions, UNOs and others local stakeholders.
• Assessed feasibility of water technologies, context and applied variety integrated approaches using latrine, water point installation and social mobilization.
• Ensured installation and quality of safe water technologies of RW, Tube well, RWHS, PSF, and latrines.
• Involved in close monitoring mechanism system applying different tools, RBM and process monitoring is emphasized.
• Supervised organizational deliverables, partner’s monthly activities and analyze costs feasibility, take measure on the basis of feedback and assessment.
