Engineer
Current· Reporting to Sales Head.· Meeting the contractors, clients and creating inquiries.· Preparation of project pipeline and submission of sales report to division head.· Maintaining sub dealer networks for DX machines and expanding the sub dealership network.· Analyzing the inquiry, drawing and requirements and providing proper solutions to the clients.· Follow up with concerned for negotiations and finalization.· Study the conditions of the contract, the scope of work, and the schedule of completion and review the overall project plan & engineering submittals.· Managing budgets, forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation, subcontract finalization.Prepare the Material Submittal and obtaining the Approval from the Consultant· Review the comments received and closing the same by substantiating with technical evidence.· Supervise & monitor the contractor and ensure project requirements are met in terms of time, specified quality and BOQ.· Involved in the technical Meeting with the Contractor and Consultant for the smooth progress in the project.
