Using various Portals for hiring (Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, Upwork hiring, Followerwonk), etc.3. Resume Shortlisting.4. Organizing & Conducting interviews.5. Follow up with the candidates for further process if selected.6. Review and clarify job specifications, competencies, and skills required.7. Source applicants through various methods including advertising, and job sites.8. Review resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates9. Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.10. Inform candidates fully about the job and company.11. Maintain an accurate and current applicant database.12. Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration.
