This role is for a Creative Head about designing interfaces and experiences that are engaging, functional and fun.Responsibilities include working with team of UI developers/designers and collaborating with PMs, Digital Marketing, User Experience, BAs and Online Development teams to build conceptual and functional prototypes and production ready UI code.The prototypes need to be built using existing UI framework and standards and must be cross-browser tested, production ready for Java developers.The prototypes need to reflect key business rules and flows in a way that helps clarify intended customer experience for project team and senior management. In the early stages of the process, the goal is to promote design efficiency, by helping designers to visualize and helping business sponsors to understand what’s being designed.The prototype will make it possible to test usability and at the same time, help developers understand exactly what’s being planned, and so aid estimating, technical design and development.

In AITS ..... lead the efforts of the staff responsible for creating the visual and written aspects advertisements. They assign and delegate tasks to artists, graphic designers, photographers, copywriters and designers, who work together to create a consistent marketing and brand identity for the client. Creative directors also take the concepts developed with account managers and clients at pitch meetings all the way through to delivery of the final advertisement, monitoring workflows, budgets and schedules along the way.In addition to having a thorough understanding of principles of art, layout and copy, creative directors require in-depth knowledge of a variety of design software, which they may have learned through formal education, job training or in their experience working as part of the creative or art department at an advertising firm.

In Astrrit i head with design, coordinate and deliver fully functioning products that incorporate sound, full-motion video, text and graphics into one application that is interactive for the end user. This may include web portals for human resource departments, online university classrooms or video games. The developers tracks all changes with the multimedia project and are responsible for all changes, upgrades and post delivery patch solutions. They must design, create and test complete and fully working prototypes for the management team. The developer must have the ability to communicate and direct all of the development staff included in producing the finished product. They must have programming skills. The multimedia developer is responsible for communicating with management in response to any inquiries on the project.

Visualizer is a largely redundant name for a Storyboard artist or Concept Artist their work is used most often in a pitch scenario where the drawing has to be to a high standard in order to win the business, and their work is routinely passed off as having been done by the Art director when presented to clients. They are now increasingly moving away from ink and incorporating digital media in to their work.

In Nakshathra i am responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Their designs are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, e.g. giving organisations a visual 'brand'.A graphic designer works to a brief agreed with the client, creative director or account manager. They develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
