I am working in India's leading fitness brand Cultfit health care private limited.Its been 5 years in this company and continue. Here my role is to take group and individual Yoga classes,i teach different forms of yoga like power yoga,yoga for flexibility,yoga for strength,core yoga, yoga for endurance and stamina,Ashtanga primary series and Hath yoga.I do take workshops on mental health, nutrition and diet, ayurved and meditation.I would like to mention my current experience and learning in cultfit, My ratings and my feedbacks from clients are always awesome.My every class is very interactive,i always make my clients comfortable,so that they can ask me any doubts regarding sessions,I have experience and right technique which helps me to connect with members easily and this is my core strength. Members not only practice Yoga and fitness in my classes but more than that, they smile,they laugh,they enjoy my classes.They not only involve physically but also mentally.They not only sweat, they also get mental relaxation. My classes are always a stress buster classes.
