Designed processes for banking operations and corresponding policies and manuals3) Sales transformation for one of the recently established life insurance players­ - Analyzed client’s sales channels and designed an online channel seamlessly integrated across points of sale - Revamped sales processes by rearranging and automating steps to reduce turn-around-time from 3 days to 3 minutes
