I am a Chartered Accountant (Gold Medalist) by profession. During my 37+ years of experience, I have served in key leadership positions including as Chief Finance Officer of a listed company while working with listed / unlisted companies in diverse industries. I have worked extensively in Accounts, Finance, Treasury, Mergers and Acquisitions, Taxation, Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Legal and Secretarial, Joint Ventures, Investment Management and Corporate Restructuring. I have managed cross-border transactions, overseas investments and related foreign exchange regulations. I have functional expertise at both strategic and execution level, handling multi-million dollar transactions and managing senior leadership teams. I have worked for operating entities as well as family offices, managing businesses at operating level on behalf of the promoters. I have served on the Board of Directors of 7+ companies for 10+ years across various sectors such as Insurance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Healthcare amongst others.
