As an Associate Attorney at DWF, a global legal business, I engage in drafting, writing, and researching US tax laws and providing clients with a comprehensive US state tax framework. Before joining DWF in Aug 2022, I worked as a Legal Analyst at SpotDraft, a contract automation platform, where I helped create and manage smart contracts for different industries and sectors. I used my skills in legal document preparation, legal writing, and Microsoft Office to generate and edit contracts, as well as to conduct legal research and analysis. I hold a Licenciate certificate in Insurance Law from the Insurance Institute of India, which demonstrates my knowledge and interest in commercial law and contracts.I graduated from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, with a B.A.LL.B degree in Intellectual Property Law in 2020. During my studies, I participated in various moot court competitions, seminars, and workshops, and published several articles and papers on IP law topics. I am passionate about learning new things and staying updated with the latest developments in the legal field.
