Supervise all outgoing materials from warehouse, verify details with DO /packing list/invoice, liaising with shipping/freight forwarding agents, negotiate transportation costs, supervise material pick up in stores. Maintain regular stock replenishment process and review protective stocks.Receive shipments, verify against purchase orders for accuracy, reject damaged items, report/record any discrepancies, enter incoming cargo details into system inventory stock, manage and handle documents like BL, Commercial Invoice, packing list, DO, etc. Maintain proper item master.Maintain track of all shipments, manage timely order processing and deliveries, allocation/reservation of stocks to sales teams, tackle logistic/warehouse issues effectively to ensure smooth supply chain operations and reduce logistic expenses.Manage inventory stock levels and strictly maintain the minimum/maximum stock level of all finished goods and raw materials. Ensure FIFO and Zero stock loss.To conduct physical inventory stock check monthly, schedule inventory cycle count, prepare stock variance reports, reconcile physical stock with system stock, take corrective action for inventory count discrepancies, analyze root cause for stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records of all audits, counts, adjustments. Identify non-moving / slow moving stock details, prepare stock aging reports and discuss with sales team and management on a monthly review basis and closely monitor inventory stocks and resolve inventory concerns.
