Roles & Responsibilities• Generate high-quality content that revolves around customer education and awareness• Write and post blogs on the website• Create high-technical product information for both customers and internal teams• Produce knowledge articles for customers and target audience based on different buyer personas• Make videos and other interactive forms of content to help customers and prospects• Directly responsible for publishing content on WordPress, Document360, YouTube, etc.• Directly responsible for distributing the content on social media websites, Quora, and other technology discussion forums• Help marketing team generate more leads by writing SEO-optimized articles• Help support and customer success teams by building knowledgebase and generating on-demand content• Work closely with the technology/engineering teams to have a strong hold on the product and help all the stakeholders have up-to-date product knowledge• Participate in daily meetings with the leadership team to provide work updates, growth metrics, and marketing intelligence Skills• Technical writing/knowledge base content/product guides/SEO articles/documentation• WordPress, Document360, Canva• Video editing and photo editing• Keyword research• Hootsuite and Buffer • Google Analytics and Google Data Studio (GDS)
