Promoted to Senior Engineer, I embraced the role of "Team Lead" for T-Mobile's 5G Project, overseeing 8 team members across Development, IODT, and Release areas. From project inception to completion, I meticulously managed every stage, from analyzing test requirements to mitigating risks. Techniques like the Delphi method ensured accurate effort estimation, while thorough documentation fostered team alignment. Delegating tasks and providing support drove progress, while stakeholder updates and coordination ensured timely package delivery. Post-release, I facilitated KPI updates and lessons learned sessions for ongoing process improvement.In addition to leading the team, I developed 13 prototype tests, 24 variant tests, and 14 spec update tests. I also resolved 9 PRs and reviewed over 45 tests from team members. Additionally, I created technical feature study and release process documents, along with a proposal for enhancing our risk management strategy. I was also part of the Anritsu AI Development Program.I set up and maintained the 5G Anritsu environment by assembling the ME7834NR system. As a mentor to over nine members, I provided guidance and training, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and encouraging professional growth through active listening and effective communication.

From CAT department's infancy to a formidable team of 25, I've been there from the start. As a Junior Level engineer, I took on diverse tasks, from test case development to managing the Anritsu 4G system [ME7834LA]. Initially focused on 4G technology with US operators [T-Mobile, AT&T], my role evolved to leading a team for 4G KDDI and venturing into 5G with Asian operators [KDDI, Rakuten].Throughout my journey, I've driven significant advancements in our testing processes, developing and executing 48 prototypes, 82 variants, and managing 294 spec updates. Additionally, I've been instrumental in resolving 107 customer PRs, analyzing 202, and mentoring peers and juniors for their growth. Beyond technical contributions, I've shared knowledge through 39 presentations on 4G and meticulously documented our testing process. Being recognized as the "Best Performer" for FY 2021-2022 is a testament to our team's collective effort and support.
