Director Operations for Pune. Overall in charge and Head Admininstration & Facilities, HR. With a team of highly motivated professionals we ensured the buildout of 27814 sq ft space on international standards within a record period of 3 months and shifted the facility to the new premises without any down time. All Admin and facilities processes were put in place and training in safety , fire fighting was carried out. Emergency evacuation drills were carried out for the first time in this Company in which all employees participated. Statutory compliances were also put in place.

Head Administration and Facilities. With the active support of the Management were able to put statutory compliances in place. Training in safety and fire fighting was carried out along with emergency evacuation drill in which all employees in the Corporate office participated. With the timely guidance and support we were able to strike very competitive deals for the present TACO Visteon office for 30,000 sq ft with ICC and also the first phase of Taco Faurecia for 12000 sq. ft. It was a previlege to work under the guidance of the best leaders in Industry.

As Senior Manager Administration at Kanbay I was responsible for the Administration and Facilities Management including Non IT Purchases, Central Excise & Customs matters and Project buildouts. I was previleged to work with a team of highly motivated professionals whereby we were able to put all relevant processes in place for smooth functioning of the Company on a proactive basis and also put in place the BCP manual for the Admin and facilities related functions. We worked with the Software professionals as a team. We worked with the builders and architects to put a facility of 1.65,000 sq ft in place (Unit II) and also 60,000 sq ft buildout (Unit III) in record time.

As Manager Administration at TCS Pune, I was responsible for Administration of the offices at Mangaldas road and at Hadapsar and also of TRDDC Pune. This included maintenance of equipment.

Head Administration. Started the Govt Programme for technical recruitment. Compiled he ISO manual 9000 Internal auditor for ISO 9000. Expat Management, Facilities Management; Contract and Legal drafting. Govt Liaison with Police, BSNL, VSNL. Got the X15 and X25 when modern communication facilities were not available at Koregaon Bhima. Residences for senior Executives. One point contact person between Sharp Corpn and Kalyani Sharp India Ltd.
