● Lead Manufacturing Engineer for Low Voltage and Non Segregated Busway product lines - annual sales of $90M. ● Responsible for Epoxy coating process which caters to both the Low and Medium voltage product lines. ● Assist in the development of short and long term strategic planning in relation to equipment purchase, lean deployment, quality improvement, cost out etc., ● Act as a liaison between Operations and the MOL/Design engineering group to recommend product design changes to improve quality, cost, productivity and ergonomics. ● Assist the Product line with new product development (ProLaunch) process.● Assist with periodic UL and CSA site inspections.● Completed Retrofit of Robotic weld / milling cell to improve reliability, productivity and reduce weld quality issues. Worked with Automation Integrator, Controls Engineer and Machine shop to manage the project under a $300k budget.● Upgraded MIG welders on the CNC weld / milling cell to improve weld quality and eliminate wire feed, burn back issues. Modified CNC program to improve weld quality of AL and CU bus bars.● Managed the following projects: purchase and install of Press brake, Dock lock and seal, wet type down draft collection system for grinding swarf, Bridge crane and lift assist, Electrical test area with interlocks.● Managed a team of 3 Manufacturing Engineering technicians.

● Implement and maintain the Eaton Quality system (EQS): Policy champion for pFMEA (PR7), Control plan (PR8) and Control of Nonconforming Products (MAI13)● Responsible for Measurement System Analysis (MSA) & Capability study for processes in the Panelboard Product line.● Developed and deployed Panelboard Torque Control Strategy to improve Process control of residual torque on Electrical connections.● Experience with Process optimization with tools such as Design of Experiment (DOE) and ARENA Simulation modeling.● Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving; utilizing methodologies such as 8D etc., for customer product complaints.● Managed and Supervised Panelboard Quality team consisting of 7 Quality Inspectors and 1 Quality Assistant.● Supported Assembly with day-to-day Quality issues.● Performed analysis of Product warranty and scrap on a monthly basis. Identified top contributors and developed action to plan to reduce the CONC $’s.● Developed Quality plan and Inspection procedures for the products built for the Nuclear Industry.● Lead monthly Panelboard Quality council meeting with a crossfunctionalteam to review Quality metrics.

● Lead the efforts to identify costs savings opportunities with Cost of poor Quality elements such as: Scrap, Rework, Warranty, Premium freight and Overtime.● Project Manager for the implementation of MQ1 Quality Operating System (QOS) tool which constitutes of modules such as Non-conformance & Corrective Action, Document Management, APQP, Training data management etc. This Project enabled us to reduce Scrap by $398,500 for the financial year 2010.● Managed Six Sigma program for the Sumter site and during this time worked on Scrap reduction of Dead front covers created due to excess material handling. ● Managed the Sumter Cost out program and met yearly cost out goal; maintained Project hopper and worked with Key stake holders to develop gap closure plans.● Drive Eaton Lean System (ELS) deployment and serve as a Tool expert for Error proofing and Value Stream Mapping.● Assisted the Plant staff team with the annual Strategic planning sessions. Completed Product line & Functional VSMs followed by Hoshin planning/A3 for developing goals & objectives for the key strategic initiatives.● Served as an Internal Auditor in the Quality ISO90001 / MESH ISO14001 Internal Auditing program for 2008 and 2009.● Technical lead for the implementation of Energy Management System (ISO50001); pilot project under the guidance of Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. Utilized Regression modeling to develop Energy model to estimate Energy use.
