Involved primarily in gathering requirements, writing functional specification documents, vendor management, advocating best practices, knowledge sharing, teamwork and collaboration across distributed teams.Key initiatives include -1.Large scale strategic MPF Pension system revamp for Sun Life Hong Kong to migrate from end of life legacy system to a new platform and integration with responsive Web and hybrid Mobile application.2.Digital initiative to implement a single point of sales tablet application used by advisors of Sun Life Malaysia for Lead Management, FNA, Sales Illustration and eApplication integrated with online payment gateway, FileNet, LDAP and administration system. 3.Implementation of FATCA for Sun Life Canada – Group Retirement Services to enhance the U.S. government’s ability to collect income tax from U.S. persons that hold accounts in FFIs.

Worked as a Consultant on PAS INGENIUM for key clients :1.Max Life Insurance Ltd. - Implemented payouts through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) in Ingenium.2.Canara HSBC Life Insurance Ltd. - Greenfield project to implement core administration system for Individual Life Insurance business. Set up of complex Underwriting rules, Collections / Payment module, Service Tax regulatory changes.
