· Leading the team of Recon and Settlements pertaining to the below mentioned list of Digital Banking products VISA/ MasterCard / Rupay/ NFS /AEPS/ BBPS/ Micro ATM/ Prepaid Card & ATM· Day to day consortium settlements tally and GL tally· Have been in-charge of monitoring PAN India Bank GLs/ Office Accounts for Liability· Reconciliation of Pool Account/Suspense Account/ Settlement Account/ Internal Accounts & GLs· Have reconciled various important GLs of the Bank since inception and fixed the gaps/ controlled deviations· Have handled the end to end Automation project of Various products like Micro ATM, AEPS, Prepaid Card· Handling disputes management system for ONUS and OFFUS.

· Performing detailed assessment of end-to-end business operations· Developing a roadmap to deliver change as per business plan· Developing solutions to implement change/ improvement within business operations· Minimize process complexity and variation, standardize operational activities· Handling Prepaid & Debit card Transaction Reconciliation and settlement For Rupay/VISA· Preparation of process document for the Recon· UAT support to the bank operations team & internal testing team· Ops UAT sign-off· Programs pool Account & GL tally for Internal/ External· GL and settlement reconciliation· Engaging Business Calls

· Over all reconciliation monitoring and handling compliance for electronic banking transactions.· Nostro Account Reconciliation for network settlement· Products handled ATM, Micro-ATM, POS, E-com, BBPS, AEPS, Prepaid Card & Bill desk payment.· Micro ATM settlements and commission payment to BC (Vendor)· Invoice handling for Micro ATM and payment aggregators· Handling disputes management system for ONUS and OFFUS.· Pool Account/GL Reconciliation.

· In-depth Knowledge in ATM backend operations reconciliation process.· Handling cash net settlement report for EURONET, NFS and IMPS on daily basis.· Raising Debit, Credit Adjustment and chargeback for customer Disputes.· Investigation of member banks chargeback and Re-presentment for valid transactions.· Handling Customer queries related to any ATM cash Withdrawal, ATM cash Deposit or IMPS Transactions.· Clearing all ATM Cash Account Exceptions such as Customer Level Debit Exception and Credit Exceptions, Cash Loading Exception, Physical Shortages and overages, System Shortages and overages and manual Entries.· Knock off the all CASH Account Exception in daily basis.· Sending Deposit Discrepancy MIS, Process MIS, ATM cash Account Exception MIS.· Interbank payment processing (NEFT/ RTGS)· Handling Mail Queries pertaining to RBI Escalation, F1 Cases and CBOL Cases.

· Quality checking the application· Reviewing the compliance of the policy checks performed· Advising for World check /Eastern Europe Check· Performing MATCH check /Experian check· Application Approved /Declined· Releasing funds for Approved Applications· Performing KYC check· Handling merchant Queries· Adhering to the Quality /TAT·Liaising with Onshore Clients and Merchants for any prioritization /Queries status

· Role and Responsibilities:· Handling customer queries and escalations on customer funding and other financial transactions· Handling mails from various business centers· Closure of accounts & encashment· Settlements of Saving A/c & Term deposits· Issuing A/c payee cheque to the customer· Term deposit placement, Renewal & Review suspense & Dummy accounts· Unclaimed & Dormant activation and Death claim closing Accounts· Investigation and resolution of solving queries and doubts for Team members and branches.· Account Opening & Account Maintenance:· Product Knowledge of full account opening process. (Resident, Non –Resident & Corporates)· Investigation and resolution of solving queries and doubts for Team members and branches· Training and evaluating the new joiners by conducting session on the Account Opening Process.· Monitoring the flow of Account Opening Volumes.· Helped in Cleanup Activities done on the team process.

· Maintaining Purchase ledger, Sales ledge, Preparing Invoice & bills
