I was involved in:• I was handling eight member team, four in nightly batch support and the remaining in application support.• Making an impact study to use various existing objects for the new development, without affecting other application.• Good Knowledge of handling end to end oracle batch process and issue resolution related to standard and custom batches.• Configured the base batches, custom modification and integration jobs in UC4 automic.• Work request related to functional change or any technical issues in RMS application as well as nightly batch.• Ad-hoc work request related to any production issue.• I was involved in system testing and performance testing before go live.• Performance testing for RMS batch programs.• Performing and validating the integration testing.• Retrofitting and testing RETEK patches.• Provided technical help in Oracle and Pro*C to team.• Managing the project team and resource work allocation.
