CurrentRoles & Responsibility:Handling the End to End hiring process,Sourcing candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn, Managing Internal references.Coordinating with hiring managers / Stakeholders.Handling man power requisition, Screening and Shortlisting candidates.Conducting telephonic and video call interviews.Salary negotiation.Handling onboarding process, Documentation process, Joining formalities.Additional Responsibility: Handling Background Verification Process (BGV).Handling Internal Job Promotion (IJP). Managerial Development Program(MDP), Leadership Development Program (LDP) & Supervisory Development Program(SDP).Preparing Weekly Management Report (WMR).
