Developed main frame of draper. Prepared drawings & given GD&T with respect to its functionalities.Project: Harrow assembly for tillage Description:This project includes development of Harrow (disk+teeth) assembly. Developed concept to accommodate the Disks and teeth on one frame. Prepared part and weldment drawings for approved concept.Project: 4WDL India Loader (For C & F Group) Description:This project includes design & development of loader for Indian Market from existing 537k model. Reduce cost of product to suite for Indian market. Work done this project: Design & developed a welded fuel tank for loader to reduce cost. In existing model Plastic tank is used. Developed reduced cost side door opening mechanism & hood.  Developed a reduced cost tool box for this model & locking system for safety. Modify Loader boom, Loader Frame, Engine Frame, boom arm, bucket weldments for India loader. Quality check of drawings as per C & F group standard of sheet metal Parts & assemblies for Hydraulic group, Harnessing Group & Attachments. Part drawings, Assembly drawings with welding & GD&T with respect to its Functionalities.

Job responsibilities for this project: Design, development, modeling and detailing of upper frame, lower frame, Boom arm, bucket, engine mountings of excavator 330  Estimation of model & Drawing creation for upper frame & engine mountings Large assembly management contented more than 1500 parts. Top level assembly based on top down approach.  Quality check of drawings as per customer standard.  Assembly drawings & part drawings with apply GDNT with respect to part assembly & its function.Client: TATA Motors Ltd., Pune (onsite)Job Profile: Design, development, modeling and detailing of brake (foundation) system for light commercial vehicles (LCV).  Preparation of assembly drawing, component drawing, Information Fitment drawing etc., Packaging for checking clearances & feasibility. Preparation of clearance matrix for brake DMU. Release aggregate assembly of brake in PLM. Release TPL (technical part list) in DENIS.Project: Y1Description:This project includes design, development, modeling and detailing of Hydraulic brake system (foundation) with ABS for Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV).
