• Interfaces with engineering project teams to coordinate design development, from concept design support to final design.• Pre sales Design Engineering for Industrial vertical (FAS, PA, CCTV, Access Control System and other ELV System) for all kinds of Oil & Gas, Petro chemical, Refineries, Power plants, Food, Steel, cement manicuring facilities• Review Technical specification of the projects to understand the project requirements.• Preparation of designs layouts and arriving BOM as per OEM Standards for all kinds of ELV, Security systems as mentioned above.• Good knowledge on Industrial terminologies and product selection (Ex.Proof Cameras, Zener barrier, Hazardous area classifications, certifications)• Good knowledge on Ex.proof camera selections and Networking.• Expertise on Industrial Fire Detection requirement with knowledge on redundancy technology.• Ensure submission of projects with zero customer complaints• Active contribution in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives• Working on large assemblies and managing multi-level BOMs in the assembly drawings.• Working with other CAD staff ensuring efficient and accurate drafting with adherence to Modeling and Drafting standards.• Interact with global teams on assigned tasks. QA/QC of CAD work performed by CAD staff.• Prepare complex technical drawings and plans to show detail and method of assembly.
