Role: Identify and develop trade and foreign exchange competency in the Business Banking, Commercial Banking and Retail Sales teams in South India, ensuring that the business achieves its assigned targets in this field. Developing and launching new products within the trade and foreign exchange field to maximise revenue generation Analysing the market and identifying target clusters for our products Customizing products and solutions to match market requirement Ensuring up to date training on latest developments within the company and in the overall financial sector with regard to developments in the field of Trade and Foreign Exchange

 Acquisition of new relationship for business funding up to 25 Cr (Overdrafts, Letter of Credits, Financial Guarantees, Packing Credit, Bill Discounting, FOREX Limits) and Term Loans. Analysing the organisation on various parameters (Credit Risk analysis, Industrial analysis, Risk Analysis). Preparing limit application for submitting to the credit team. Executing disbursal of the limits once approved.  Initial on-boarding and hand holding of customers and subsequent handover to the portfolio management team

 Acquisition of new customers for mortgage business  Handling existing distribution network of Sales Agencies and allied intermediaries Driving and motivating channels to achieve set targets Expanding Channel width and depth Training, Developing and handling delivery of alternate channels Cross sell of insurance and other investment products.
