- Successful project implementation of upgrading PS 4.0 Farm into XenApp-V environment, and required upgrades for other components including Web Interface, and Citrix Access Gateway.- Troubleshooting of XML brokers, Data Collectors, Data Store with Microsoft SQL server / Access DB, Zones and Secure Ticket Authority Technologies and Providing Level 3 support for Citrix Farms with App V-enabled environment

- Migrated 11 Citrix farms to single farm with Blade server infrastructure from Meta-frame XP to PS 4.0 with WI 4.5 for an external US based client “Fluor Corporation”.- Successfully Transitioned 400+ Citrix Servers with 42 farms from all regions globally (North America, EMEA & AP) for an external UK based client “Beyond Petroleum”- Providing Level 3 support for Citrix Farms with App V-enabled environment- Responsible for the timely and accurate resolution / execution of various tasks requested by the client within the managed hosted environment relating to Citrix server configurations and the administration- Working within a team on a standby roster for support of customer systems.
