Human Resource Management Preparing Challan for all statutory compliance of Sub units Coordinating payment of EPF & ESI. Submission of ESI and EPF forms Declarations / returns. Inspector of Factories – complying with rules and regulations Updating of all statutory records & latest procedures. Handling of sub unit employees day to day grievances. Monitoring Daily attendance Report & Costing Report of every sub unit and reporting to GM-HR Supervising staffing, recruitment, induction program, contract negotiations, discipline, policy & procedures and retirement program for employees.  Coordinating in formulation & implementation of increment, incentive & other remuneration policies.  Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.  Managing the payroll functions, promotions, transfers, annual revisions and full & final settlements.General Administration Selecting and developing vendors for meeting various facility requirements of organisation. Supervising the housekeeping activities;  Ensuring smooth operations at all times and maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing & modifying the policies & procedures. Front office maintenance with the help of Receptionist.Social Compliance Giving induction program to the workers at the time of appointment –About factory rules & regulations, also regarding facilities given to the workers by company. Giving awareness to the existing workers regarding health & safety issues & also regarding PPE. Conducting welfare programs like committee meeting to the workers & organizing fire fighting & first aid training program to the workers. Conducting threat awareness program to security personnel. Auditing various supplier units and observing their legal records and ensuring all the safety related process in their unit. Conducting internal audit in factory by need basis.
