During my industrial period, I’ve worked mainly in the fields of development of the organic-based non-reactive diluent for epoxy resin and organically multi-steps synthesized non-ionic surfactant-based emulsions. The research including cross-linking agents developed by natural resources and specially modified resin and bio-waste-based emulsions was the main concern. Furthermore naturally assets-based development of pesticides for agricultural compatibility. Working in association with people of different skills and expertise helped me to train myself efficiently, in the planning and execution of research in the field of Polymer Synthesis, Polymer Chemistry, Specialty Polymers, Polymer Rheology, Polymer additives, Polymer Development, Petrochemicals, Polymer Characterization, Polymer Processing, Polymeric Nanomaterials, Applied Polymer Science, Polymer Degradation, Industrial Polymers, Polymer Blends, Polymer Composites, Fibre Science, Rubber Technology, Polymer Recycling, and Waste Management, Polymer Testing, Polymer Adhesives. During my career so far, I’ve managed to acquire experience in different synthesis methods including Polymerizations. Apart from my academic life, various social service activities, both of which I've led as well as participated, my role as an ECA member in the college, and my role in School/University ECA teams have also molded me. Moreover, I'm keen on interacting with individuals of various cultures and perspectives. My tutoring experience with secondary school students has also helped me to develop my public interaction skills a lot. All these experiences together have taught me the importance of hard work, patience, perseverance, contentment and I believe that I am now ready for the next level.
