Worked at different co-packer plants 1) TFL salt Refinery, Gandhidham , Gujrat2) Ghanashyam Salt & Chemicals Ltd,Vedaranyam, Tamil Nadu3) G Das Salt Refinery, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu.4) Uttam Agro Foods Ltd, Donvat, Raigad, MaharashtraThe Significant Contributions;- Terra 40 ( MICO BOSCH ) 5/10 kg FFS packing machine project, installation & trials.- Team member in increasing productivity from 160 TPD to 350 TPD, at TFL plant,Gandhidham, 70 TPD to 90 TPD G Das Plant, Tuticorin.- Conducting Stability studies for different products.- Conducting trial batch runs for evaluating commercial aspects of new products.

- Actively Involved in Increasing productivity in IPA run from 18 TPD to 26 TPD.- Planned, designed & implemented process modifications for two products- Bypassed one distillation column in the lineup for IPA run, resulted in cost saving of Rs.17,000/ day.- Brought down the product change over time from 24 hrs to 8 hrs for TnBA production in Butyl Run. Resulted in saving utilities worth 30000 Rs. for every product run.- Involved in increasing purity of one of the products ( TnBA ) from 99.55 to 99.65 %.- Team member in Pilot plant / R& D operations for new product development, Same product was successfully transferred to continuous process plant.- Independently handled a team of 15 persons in the capacity of Plant In-Charge.- Received commendation award from the CMD for IPA run cost savings.
