Being part of the vibrant team in the ITS Sales, my roles and responsibilities were,->Lead generation through online tools.->Plan approaches and pitches and arranging meetings with potential clients.->Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls and emails.->Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s business and requirements.->Getting the specification, RFP, RFI, RFQ from prospect Clients.->Acting as the primary contact between the company and customer. ->Manage full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure, account management.->Negotiating on price, delivery and specifications with buyers and ->Getting contracts signed.
