Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd is a JV of Solar Energy Corporation of India and MP Urja Vikas Nigam, designated by MNRE as Solar Power Park Developer in State of MP. RUMSL has a lean team handling planning and development of a portfolio of over 3000 MW ultra mega solar projects. My role encompasses various aspects of solar park development such as aspects of solar park funding/financing, drafting and review of contractual documents, bid process management, tender drafting and evaluation in line with multilateral policies (e.g. World Bank, IFC), coordination with CTU, CEA, RLDC and optimum scheduling of power from 750 MW Rewa Solar Project.

• Preparation of DPR, tender documents, bid evaluation and award for solar and wind projects.• Project management support in world’s largest grid connected upcoming 750 MW Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Project, and support in implementation of 2000 MW upcoming solar parks in the state of Madhya Pradesh. • Work for attraction of investment promotion in the field of NRE• Support in drafting of documents for various matters related to renewable energy policies and projects in Madhya Pradesh.

World Institute of Sustainable Energy (WISE) is a not for profit organization involved in research and advocacy in the areas of renewable energy and sustainable development. My key role here involves research proposals, policy and market analysis. I have worked with several national and international clients, including Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, European Union, World Bank, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and Centre for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP).

Facilitated electricity transactions between utilities and generators by applying for open access to various load dispatch centres. I was responsible for reviewing their contracts and billing them on daily/weekly/monthly basis.I also dealt with power exchange bidding for day ahead as well as term ahead markets and provided market advisory to various clients.
