Greetings, dear reader !As a proud, ambitious and passionate HR professional, I am committed to continuous wholesome learnings, meaningful work, and vibrant exuberant experiences. With around 5 years of corporate HR experience, I have navigated various facets of this dynamic field.Let me take you through my story. In 2014, after finishing school, I sought to escape the rigors of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry by entering the culinary world, earning a degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration. However, destiny had other plans. During an HR internship in the hotel industry, I fell in love with HR through the inspiration of notable leaders who demonstrated the profound impact HR can have on employees' lives. This passion led me to pursue a full-time career in HR.My initial two years in HR were spent in the hotel industry, working with both Indian and international brands, where I gained significant insights. Prioritizing career growth and financial advancement, I had to quit my job to pursue a Master's degree specializing in Human Resources and Organization Development.I restarted my career in the IT industry with a major IT giant, covering various HR areas, but this time, from a corporate leadership and management perspective. I have performed some high visibility, crucial, impactful individual contributor roles throughout my tenure that helped me improve my transferable skill sets. HR policy & process compliance & governance, talent acquisition, talent management, talent engagement, talent transformation, HR digitization, employer branding, change management, organization development are a few of the areas I have worked on. Beyond my professional role in HR, I am an ardent admirer of the performing arts, an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and a mental health activist striving for improved quality of life through holistic well-being—physical, mental, emotional, and social.
