Reporting to the VP – Wealth Management, South India.  Managing and Mentoring a team of Financial Planning Managers to achieve the desired level of sales quality, persistency and efficiency. Initially handling teams in Karnataka and A.P across 4 branches. Was instrumental in recruiting a team of 18 FPMs from an initial team size of 6 FPMs. Generating Revenue for the Investments and Insurance business through a team of 18 FPMs. Facilitate business by organizing Events and Activities for customers and Training and developing the team Inculcating audit & sales compliance consciousness amongst the sales force. Work with FPMs & branch service staff to help handle complex queries and customer complaints. Liase with the ASM, BM & Key Business Partners for Investments & Insurance for ensuring adequate level of sales oriented acivity at the branches on an ongoing basis. Generating and sharing MIS with the top management

 Responsible for generating revenues from existing Citibank relationships through gamut of products including Mutual funds, Insurance,Mortgages, Citigold and Cards. Financial Planning and advisory services to customers based on client requirement. Relationship management for Citibank Suvidha a/c holders. Handling and redressing service issues of clients in my PAM Acquire New to Bank customers for investments & insurance Managing and mentoring new Relationship Managers joining the unit.  Cross selling of products to existing customers with key focus on Insurance sales . Interaction with HNI and NRI clients for their investment accounts.
