Monitor Material Traceability by Checking Heat number/ Part number Punched on Test Bar & Raw material.· Reviewing Chemical test and Witnessing Mechanical testing at supplier premises with respect to Quality Plan.· Review of Radiographic films, Ultrasonic tests Witnessing DPT and MPT as per ASTM Standards.· Review and Approval of Inspection test procedure.· Review of heat treatment charts/PWHT procedures.· Based on QCP testing, Inspection and examination carried out.· Small & Heavy Machined Components Inspected and reports prepared.· Conducting Stage wise Inspection during Machining and Assembling.· Co-ordination with clients for Inspections Activities at supplier premises.
