The Project of "Transforming Informal Businesses through Small Business Development Units (SBDUs)" under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India has been envisaged to strengthen institutions to deliver quality initiatives for entrepreneurship development across identified locations i.e. 22 SBDUs to be established across the UTs of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.Playing a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by assisting the Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.

In (ICSSR) Ministry of Education, Govt. of India sanctioned research project titled “Impact of PM Ujjwala Yojana in Empowering Households: A Study on Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory, India.• Data Collection: Conducting surveys, interviews, observations, experiments, or other methods to gather relevant data in the field.• Interacting with Participants: Building rapport with study participants, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring their comfort and safety during data collection activities.• Data Analysis: Processing collected data, conducting statistical analyses, and interpreting results to draw meaningful conclusions.• Reporting and Documentation: Compiling research findings into reports, presentations, or publications, and disseminating results to relevant stakeholders.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time. . Budget Management: Assist in the management of project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within the allocated budget.. Capacity Building: Support training and capacity-building activities for project teams and partners.

• Worked as an Accounting Coordinator and Employment Verification Specialist in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica Payrolls & FinOps. • Experience in handling different portals like Fieldglass, Beeline, Workforce, Magnit, Wand, and many more.• Processed payroll for different pay frequencies bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, and semi-monthly.• Responsible for Verification of Employment, and handling VOE over voice calls and emails.• Responsible for Employee and Employment Grievances • Responsible for Apple Client billings and Timesheets.• Responsible for other Backend activities when assigned.

In (MoEFCC) Govt. of India sanctioned research project titled “Vegetational heterogeneity and impacts of changing climate and land use patterns on two contrasting timberline ecotones of Upper Chenab catchment, J&K and conservation strategies thereof” in Chenab Valley of Doda and Kishtwar area, Jammu & Kashmir, India. • Collected research data through experimentation, surveys, and leading focus groups.• Worked both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.• Maintained and calibrated various types of lab equipment.• Worked with principal investigators to coordinate qualitative research.

In (MoES) Govt. of India funded research project titled "Active Fault Study” in the Kishtwar area, Jammu & Kashmir, India.• Utilized GIS mapping protocol, employing Trimble units and ArcMap software to characterize field designations.• Synthesized data and submitted into reports for further research and analysis.• Worked long days outside despite adverse weather, completing projects with caution and attention to meticulous data collection.
