Chief Transformation Architect and Strategic Advisor• Expertise to conduct Executive reviews and prepare contents for foundational decision points• Outline the detailed methodologies for scope definition and lead the scope definition across all business functions and perform assurance reviews• Design the scope, business strategy, business model, business requirements blueprint and solution realization in conjunction with Transformation leadership • Manage the design teams across multiple tracks – E2E Topics, Idea to Offer, Market to Sell, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Issue to Resolution, Record to Report, Support the Business (Data/ Reporting)• Design E2E Transactional and Relationship model solutions with coverage across multiple customer segments for both direct and indirect routes to market – Direct End Customers (including Global Accounts and Key Accounts), Enterprise, Public Sector, Consumer, Retailers, SMB/VSB, Channel partners (Distributors and Resellers) • Conduct Regional Reviews for the entire deployment with user base (Identify key change impacts, analyze and provide recommendations to close open actions for changes to roles, process and metrics, provide Executive Leadership on design and deployment)• Manage scope changes and provide solution design to business requirements and issues identified throughout the design and deployment• Closely interact with various cross-functional teams in business and IT to deliver the E2E solution• Prepare and deliver Executive presentations• Participate in Quality Assurance Reviews• Provide program management support to the business transformation teamDec 2015 - Apr 2016: Business Transformation, Juniper NetworksJul 2015 - Dec 2015: Business Transformation and Automation, VMwareJun 2012 - July 2015: Business Transformation, Juniper NetworksFeb 2007 - Jun 2012: Business Transformation, Lenovo Aug 2005 - Feb 2007: Business Transformation, Huawei Technologies
