As a VP of Information Systems at HotWax Commerce, I am responsible for delivering order management systems on the cloud that can scale to process millions of orders in a day. I also own mission-critical production systems and ensure that they are up and running. My goal is to scale the system's performance by using optimum system resources that help in increasing the company's bottom line. In this process, I developed engineering practices for monitoring, release engineering, continuous integration, software performance benchmarking, and test engineering. I am also involved in system designing, capacity planning, and architectural framework discussions. I engage with application development teams to improve the lifecycle of developing and managing highly available systems. I am passionate about natural farming, and I spend most of the weekends in my village and do farming on my farm. I also love traveling exploring new places.
