• Contributing in the increase in inflow and revenue • Managing complete process of all branches of Renault as well as administering a team of 20 people • Leading all escalated customer issues by working toward a win-win solution for both the organization and the customer • Supervising customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services as well as optimizing client satisfaction levels and generating additional avenues for business • Maintaining high discipline and norm adherence, coordinating with superiors for cross teams and innovative suggestions to improve operational functioning • Removing unnecessary procedures in processes while ensuring uniformity in the process understanding at the client’s and the organization’s end • Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions • Managing budget for corporate events from new venue partnership and vendor replacement • Keeping ahead of industry’s developments and applying best practices to areas of improvement • Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities • Leading all escalated customer issues by working toward a win-win solution for both the store and the customer
