I am an IT professional with more than 17 years experience in the space of Cloud procurement solution deployment. I have an extensive experience ranging from application design & development to process restructuring & enhancement and project management. My computer engineering education coupled with MBA and MS-MIS empowers me to bridge the gap between technical and functional aspects of IT business services, especially in cloud procurement & accounts payable arena. Currently I serve in the role of a director driving cloud solution deployment services at SAP Ariba. I lead the technical deployment team in USA, Canada and Latin America. I help customers improve their procurement and AP practices using Ariba suite of products. Playing multiple roles coupled with diversity in clientèle helps me in leveraging experiences and best practices across multiple industries. My functional proficiency lies in providing solutions related to procurement processes, AP department challenges, business approval designs, tax handling and corporate expense reporting. I also help in addressing concerns around corporate system challenges such as integrations, SSO and business continuity. Technically I have experience dealing with xml, web services, OOP, SSO, multiple ERPs and their corresponding interface adapters. I like to believe that creative problem solving skills and thinking out of the box within given constraints are put to good use at Ariba My current role also helps in honing my leadership skills while driving a multinational team spread across 5 countries. My teams collective experiences and skillsets have been an useful feedback loop to engineering and product & innovation team at SAP Ariba.
