Ariba is leader in providing spend management solutions, one of their greatest strength is providing stable and extendable cloud based procurement solutions which helps customer analyse, understand and manage their corporate spend. I help in deploying such cloud based solutions, primarily on the downstream side where the bulk of actual transactions happen. My work involves interacting with customers from varied industries and driving design and delivery solution in procurement, receiving, invoicing, payment, business approval processing, corporate tax handling. My experiences involves exposure to the following products (functionally and technically):- Ariba Invoice Pro : handles corporate invoicing (PO based, non PO based, contract based, credit memos) and approval mechanism- Ariba Procure to Pay : manages the complete procurement cycle from requisitioning to paying the supplier and providing remittance advice to the supplier- Ariba Procurement Content: provides a one stop portal to host all sorts of supplier catalogs- Ariba Procure to Order : manages the procurement side only (requisitioning to receiving)- Ariba Service Procurement: provides functionality to handle services procurement.- Ariba Network : worlds largest network for corporate buyers and suppliers to handle B2B procurement and selling- Ariba Discount Pro: handles payment schedules and remittance advice for suppliers over the network

Thomson Reuters acquired Aegisoft LLC in 2012 to improve their electronic trading capabilities by offering direct market access.As a quality analyst I ensure the quality standards and test procedures fr new program design and product evaluating to attain high quality product deliverable. I also provided design improvements to the online trading tactics for customers.

Aegisoft LLC provides products and services to financial institutions to achieve high speed and high volume electronic algorithmic trading of equities and other financial instruments. As an intern my role was quality analysing the algorithms that went into building such products. I provided design improvements to the online trading tactics for customers and developed utility programs to test, track and verify defects in the products. I also helped with the existing client side technical documentation.
