South East Asia Regional Classifieds Hackathon- designed and delivered successfully - achieved 90% signups from 3 countries from expected figure - successfully executed it with a team of 2 interns and 4 volunteers from the region- 2 winning solutions in progress for production under my supervision2. SGI Framework for Engineering Culture of Excellence- created this framework as a strategy to achieve an excellent group engineering culture- presented it to group management stakeholders and obtained approval and credit- initiated design process for activities based on this3.
