Project Stanley is a 501(c)3 non-profit with a mission to provide real-time actionable insights to non profits and humanitarian organizations to solve supply chain and marketplace problems. Fully staffed and funded by volunteers, the organization has helped bring PPE to hospitals and frontline workers in need during the COVID-19 pandemic and is working to extend solutions to other problems like food distribution for the needy. Our volunteer team built the following major products:• An automated matching algorithm delivered as a cloud-based service that allowed GetUsPPE to match more than 10 million units of PPE from donors to healthcare facilities that need it the most. The online service delivers thousands of matches per day.

Key technical leader charged with building and managing the Enterprise Data Integration (EDI) practice and globally-dispersed (on and off-shore) teams to deliver Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions for internal projects and partner integration. Govern IT department and established best-practice standards and processes for data integration solutions. Manage simultaneous, multi-million dollar Data Integration projects to on-board customers and suppliers; create a global supplier / vendor on-boarding program to improve EDI penetration.

Championed and delivered data integration product, developed global partnerships and oversaw implementations of company’s core product, a web-based Order, VMI and CPFR collaboration software for supply chain management and procurement used by companies like Tyco Electronics and Autoliv.

Technical design solution leader charged with developing Enterprise Adapter framework design and product management of the Netfish/IONA EAI product (XDI). Developed framework solutions with adapters for connecting to Agile, SAP, Baan, Oracle, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft to enable customers to consolidate technology across departmental functions. Oversaw certification of solutions, partner management and technical support for customers. Assisted product sales through business development and implementation.

Designed and implemented various business and technology solutions for this manufacturing company using MFG/PRO and other tools. Developed a (then) cutting-edge partner integration (B2B) solution that linked 100s of partners across the country with the company's enterprise solution and helped improve financial performance by providing visibility, eliminating data entry errors and increasing processing speed.
