Hey there – thanks for dropping in!I am one of the co-founders of FocusU Engage – one of India’s most loved, learning and people engagement organizations. I use the word “loved” because most of our clients who have come to us once have continued to come back to us over the years. They have turned into our friends, advisors and evangelists! We cherish the relationships and count our blessings.A little about me…..I have always been a restless soul. Before starting FocusU, I used to be with HP India. It was a wonderful stint. However, towards the end of those 10 years – I had this recurring thought running in my head that – “Life needs to mean more than just selling PCs” To cut a long story short, that’s what motivated me to take the plunge. My co-conspirator in this journey has been Rakesh Balachandran. The fact that both of us were voracious readers and were passionate about a vast canvas of topics has led us to develop a large portfolio of offerings around leadership, innovation and teambuilding. Today, we are known in the learning industry for offerings around virtual, blended and experiential learning.Through the years, we have been really lucky to have attracted many other incredible individuals into our fold. We are blessed with a lovely daughter Mehr.
