Intra Organization coordination: Coordination with Engineering-Drawing / documents review and approval, Technical evaluation of offers. Coordination with Procurement- Floating bid enquiries and commercial negotiation of offers. Coordination with finance - Preparation of Payment approval for Vendor Billing and billing advices for Client Billing, Budget Finalization and cash flow. Coordination with commercial department- Arranging PAC, Payment Certificates, Formulation of Dispatch Procedures, Project Insurance, Form ‘C’, E1 and E2. Coordination with Site- Monitoring and coordinating Project site management activities, and resolving problems related to supplies and contractors. Coordination with Planning: Project schedule for different Packages in the Project Master Network, execution plan in L-3, L-4 Network. Attending and conducting Project Review meetingsInter Organization coordination: Coordination with Client and consultant- For Engineering issues, Billing Break Up, Project Authority Certificate, and Documentation for Statutory Compliances. Project review team meeting, detailing the schedule Vs progress and catch up plan for slippages. Manage the client relationship by using an adequate direct yet complete and formal reporting format that compliments a respected and productive relationship Coordination with Vendors: To achieve the package progress as per project requirement.
