• Tasked with creating engineering work packs to send out to contractors in preparation for refurbishments and upgrade works at Murray 2 Power Station• Communicated with external contractors and liaised with regional teams for design reviews and change management processes for prompt project deliverables• Production and review of engineering drawings using Autodesk Inventor for valve components from measurements taken during an inspection • Supported the investigations team with analysis into the Murray 2 turbine unit fast start sequencing – in particular, creation of models of the main inlet valve

• Led a team of fourteen student engineers responsible for the suspension system of a vehicle including kinematics, steering and structural components as well as the packaging of the subsystem• Designed new wheel hubs and centres, resulting in a 3.4 kg mass reduction while simultaneously also incorporating four components into one for ease of manufacture and assembly• The main point of contact between other departments, such as the Chassis and Aerodynamics Departments, to maximise the performance of the design and inter-departmental cohesion

• Design, validation and manufacturing of the driveline system, accumulator container and motor mounting• Interface with EV and Aerodynamics Departments to implement a cooling system for the accumulator and motor

• Assisted in the design and manufacture of various subsystem components using a range of metalworking machines
