Roles and Responsibility:• • Contribute on pipeline for NPD/DTV/VAVE projects• Collect Voice of customer, problem statement and Product requirement form Marketing• Analyse the data and identify the scope of the project• Create work breakdown structure and prepare schedule• Conduct stage gate review and get approval from the stake holders in India and US• Create concepts and 3D modelling for the product and identify cost saving opportunities.• Work on Tolerance stack up DFMEA, DFM and DFA• Assign task to respective engineers• Work with Manufacturing team on prototype and testing• Co-ordinate with mechanical, electrical and controls team• Co-ordinate with Simulation team check the structural stability and vibration of the product• Prepare production standards, standard procedure documents• Drawing Reviewer and Approver• Quality Management System internal auditor

Roles and Responsibility:• Designing sheet metal components like shelf tops, brackets, end panels for display cases.• Creating assembly and detailing.• Managing files in Windchill.• Managing files in EPR, AS400• Refrigeration System Designing as per the production manual.• Create piping as per Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).• Preparing manufacturing drawings with detailed welding symbols and GD&T.Projects Involved:• After Market Solution (AMS) for Display Cases (Sustaining)• Display Cases – Hillphoenix• Booster Rack Refrigeration System.• WalMart Next Generation Refrigeration System.
