• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.• Responsible to create detailed job descriptions with roles and responsibilities.• Exploring and effectively tapping new & cost effective sources of recruitment.• Monitor Talent Management, Succession Planning. Screening resumes, interviewing candidates & hiring new employees. Responsible for writing and placing job vacancy ads in job portals.• Develop & implement plans to tackle Attrition & Retention. Provide clear, effective, timely and constructive feedback to management on interviewing techniques and effective employee relations.• Issuing offer letters to the selected candidates and follow-up with the candidates to ensure that candidates join on scheduled date.• Employment Background verification initiation• Ensuring that the HR policies & procedures are appropriately organized and structured to meet the Business needs.• Process all salary changes due to merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and pay adjustments.• Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.• Negotiating and amicably settling all disputes with Intra Department for a harmonious working environment.• Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels through liaison with Govt., external agencies & offices etc.
