Talent Pipeline was established in 2017 with a vision to redefine and bring in greater efficiencies in the recruitment consulting space. We work with over 50 companies in the e-commerce/consumer tech/ technology/fmcg/edtech/fintech space and specialise in hiring for both tech & non-tech roles.

- Heading Talent Acquisition for Technology vertical- End to end management of entire technology hiring portfolio.- Expanded the technology hiring team to support high volume of recruitment in technology - Coaching and mentoring of new members of the team and providing support to ensure shorter learning curve to meet the urgent business need.- Set up the Technology R&D center in the time span of 6 months from scratch .

Talent Acquisition - Technology & Design-Leading the recruitment for technology and design and my first portfolio which involved stepping into a team management role.-Was responsible for interactions with Business leaders to finalize the hiring needs , preparing hiring plans and ultimately execution of the plan in close association with senior leaders .-Technology recruitment comes with its own challenges in terms of ensuring high volume while maintaining a high quality bar. To overcome this challenge, overhauled the recruitment process and institutionalized new process which helped in achieving business objective in a timely manner-Supported organisation through multiple phases of high growth by ensuring steady stream of talent and building sufficient talent pipeline to cater to any immediate / unplanned requirements.Data Management & Recruitment Analytics: '-Was responsible for overall data management for recruitment and also for performing analytics to help identify potential areas of improvement and reporting of recruitment matrices System Automation:-During this time, was also responsible for automating the hiring process. Was the SPOC for this activity and successfully implemented a new online system for hiring.

- Joined as a Management Trainee and was initially taking care of recruitment for Online roles covering areas like product management , online marketing and analytics . - Portfolio was further expanded and a bulk recruitment portfolio was added on the next year while I continued recruiting for the niche roles in online field. This gave me experience into 2 diverse areas of recruitment in terms of volume as well as domain (online and offline / retail / sales)
