(OS Upgrades for End Of Life Operating Systems) and replacing old hardware endpoints with latest available ones.• Participation in monthly MIS as a member from End User Computing Domain (Security) to brief all stake holders of efforts taken and activities done to maintain the compliance levels and plans for the upcoming months.• Co-ordinate with vendors and support partners in times of any issues faced during the operations.• Work closely with the Cyber-security Team to maintain the sanctity of the processes, security aspects and compliance levels on all the endpoints.
